Greetings internet friends and surfing soulmates to another edition of TDS Top 20 List. It's been years since our last list was published. Since then, Liberal derangement has gone global and folks are making a living on nothing else but reporting on it. Check out Lefties Losing It from down under wonder, Rita Panahi. Hmmmm... why should I be left hungry? TDS screams for a song and have I've got for you. Derangement flies fast and furious in Trump's second term perhaps because he has been so successful. Think about that; Trump's agenda and policies seek to make Americans safe by securing the border and deporting dangerous criminals, eliminating taxes on tips, senior citizens, increasing the nation's wealth by cutting out government fraud and levying tariffs. Why would any group or individual openly rail against such an agenda?

Democrats and their puppet masters have done such a good job brainwashing their constituents, that the corresponding results make for great entertainment when it is not down right dangerous. Yes, liberals seem to be dangerous lunatics. Still, some are quite funny. What follows below runs the gamut of funny to fatal.

#19 Patricia Arquette- Calls on Americans to attack the U.S. Economy

Actress Patricia Arquette urged people to participate in a one-day economic shutdown designed to inflict damage on the U.S. economy and hurt President Donald Trump. Arquette posted that message to Instagram during Trump's first presidency, telling her followers that they should refrain from making any purchases — presumably, including food and medication — for a 24-hour period as part of the #resist movement against the Trump administration.

Love Arquette as an actress. Her TDS episode went on part 2 immediately after publishing part one. So, she comes in cold missing our first list by just so much. Still, the audacity, the cultural isolation, and lack of any type of pragmatic awareness seems almost frightening here. It is a viral type of capriciousness we will see again.

So sad that Pink is so blue regarding the state of America under El Presidente. We can explain liberal derangement by virtue of the left brain, right brain dichotomy. Some creatives simply allow the left side of the brain to go neglected because the right side of their brain makes them so much money and fame. The more money and fame they acquire, the more they neglect and sometimes even corrupt the thinking side of the brain. Ethics can rightly be found on the left side of brains and it explains why so many celebrities are outright perverts on a high order. What they do to their children should be a crime and Pink should be arrested.

Rather pitiful TDS at play here. In 2025, Young debuted and later released an anti-establishment protest track titled "Big Crime". Young repeatedly objected to the Trump campaign using his music at rallies and campaign events. When Trump first launched his presidential bid in 2015, Young demanded he stop using "Rockin' in the Free World". In 2020, Young took legal action, filing a civil copyright infringement lawsuit in a New York federal court to stop the campaign from using that song and "Devil's Sidewalk" at events. Sad confused man eventually dropped the suit late in the year.

Alyssa Milano makes her second appearance on our list and never seems to disappoint or get the point. Still, I am commanded to love her no matter how dizzy she becomes. Maniacal rants against Elon Musk and Tesla at this time stem from TDS. Sad that her TDS makes her a target for satirical fake behavior seemingly believable. No fakes below when Alyssa traded her Tesla in for a Volkswagon. Astute internet influencers educated her on Volkswagon origins causing another social media backlash firestorm which she seems to cause regularly. Her family loves her, I'm sure. Please, pray for her.

#14 The Return of Robert De Niro Meltdowns

De Niro makes our list for the second time and he appears to be in the beginning stages of dementia, soon to be completely deranged. Nevertheless, rumors swirl about De Niro on the Epstein List. Is he trying to protect past transgressions as many of these elites are doing? In any event, I personally think Trump gets a kick out of De Niro’s rants. De Niro needs a better script.

Wish I had given her this nickname but I heard it on Lefties Losing It. What liberals do to their children should be a crime. Greta has it all; sad, silly, pathetic, and definitely deranged.

Looking deranged seems to be a common thread here. Psychotic behavior seems to be a running theme with liberal Democrats. Why? Personally, I believe liberalism diminishes intellect. With intellect going so goes ethics.

Silly protests are what liberals do best. Or, so we thought. Now we see how the sausage is made under a Trump presidency. Democrat gatherings are not in earnest being bought and paid for by what can only be described as organized insurrectionists, or terrorists. No Kings cost about $3 billion. All other protests against Trump are paid for by billionaires like Georges Soros. We hope someone finally gets arrested.

Let us be thankful Cher did not join this cast as so many rubber faces in one setting would be getting creepy. Which brings to mind a sad thought, what would it be like to attend some big Hollywood function like the Oscars? Creep Show on parade?

Then came rumors of her husband's name on the Epstein Files. Somewhere along the line she developed TDS and belongs on TV with other liberal harpies making a living spewing hate and propaganda.

Why do radical liberals hate ICE? The difference between the department today and 10 years ago is about presidents. ICE deported illegal aliens then and they continue to deport them now. So then, episodes of TDS regarding ICE really highlights the depth of illness in individual liberals suffering. There is no sane argument against and so to wish them harm by poison speaks of deeply disturbed individuals who need a mind-bending ideology catering to their sickness, whatever it may be. Liberalism will tell them they matter.

Billie Eilish ranks high on the list not for her initial comments but the aftermath, the doubling down on the nonsensical. Someone will sooner or later come up with a term for this as only liberals do it and are now doing it with regularity. This is a special and bizarre case where the issue may have died if not for her partner in derangement who is the true sufferer of TDS, Finneas. Billie seems to have been towed deeper into the liberal abyss by blood relations that have been skewered by most media, particularly by South Park and SNL. Furthermore, no one has lost more money and fans due to a single TDS episode I would wager, and according to Mike Zeroh.

Rosie O'Donnell seems to have gone loco long before the rise of El Presidente. Search her past talk show when she ambushed the universally likable, Tom Selleck. She actually was a little funny at one time in her career. Power corrupts absolutely and it appears power of celebrity corrupts rational behavior in those people already low in intellect and ethics.

It is said that Rosie sees a therapist related to her TDS and cannot go 48 hours without posting about Trump. Meanwhile, Rosie’s daughter spirals into crime, drugs, and mother induced lunacy. Society will no longer tolerate celebrity culture as it becomes not funny at all.

Easily could have made our fist list based on a body of work. Most other television hosts and personalities simply get paid to spew hate and propaganda, like Jimmy Kimmel. Olberman appears to be a true TDS carrier of the highest order. And, he gets paid to spew hate and propaganda.

After my calling the FCC a useless government entity that needs to be dismantled for the past 10 years, they have finally began investigating ABC. I'm told the investigation goes well. Why the hell would it not go well? All of these liberal networks need to face penalties, fines, arrests, cancellation of license or something. Understand, harsh opinions here come from a Libertarian.
